Fluke Natouch and Judo Tantachj, two lead actors in "Dating Game The Series" make an appearance before the series make its world premiere for the 1st episode in Bangkok, along with Snow Man's Koji Mukai, March Chutavuth and O Supitcha.

"Dating Game The Series" is a Thai-Japanese BL  romantic comedy, depicts the story of "Hill" (March Chutavuth), a game developer who must create a dating game and win over his strict Japanese boss, Junji (Koji Mukai). Meanwhile, a playboy named Bay (Judo Tantachj) tries to prove his sincerity to a heartbroken chef, Phat (Fluke Natouch). The series explores cultural clashes, romantic chaos, and personal growth, promising plot twists and heartwarming moments.

Thai fans share their sorrows to Japanese actor Mizuki Itagaki

Japanese actor and former M!LK member Itagaki Mizuki found dead at age 24, causing all fans worldwide shocked about the news.

On 17th April, his family posted on Instagram, "We wish to announce that actor Itagaki Mizuki has passed away due to an unexpected accident."

According to his family's mention, he had been suffering from mental illness since last year and disappeared since end of January 2025. By the help of polices and his friends, his body was recently found in Tokyo. It was said that he might passed away around early February and his body was found on mid-March, and no visible injuries.

Many Thai fans also expressed their condolences in response to the sorrow news on social media.

Mizuki Itagaki is a Japanese actor who debuted in 2014 as a member of the boy group M!LK. He also showed his abilities as an actor and won the Best New Actor Award at the 25th Japan Film Critics Awards for his role in a film "Solomon's Perjury". In 2020, he left the group and started working full-time as an actor, appearing in many hit films and dramas, including "Kirin ga Kuru" as the role of "Ranmaru Mori" and "Binzo" in “High & Low.”

In 2023, he released his photo book "One Scene" which is shooting in Thailand and also shared his dream about study abroad and the future at the release event.

"I want to go to Hollywood!. There are mountains and old towns, so I want to meet a lot of different people and get a glimpse of real life in America and see what it's like now. Also, I'd like to appear in Hollywood production". Mizuki said.

หลังจาก "มิสึกิ อิตางากิ" นักแสดงชาวญี่ปุ่น อดีตสมาชิกวง M!LK ถูกประกาศว่าเสียชีวิตในวัยเพียง 24 ปีวานนี้ สร้างความตกใจให้กับแฟนๆ ทั่วโลก

หลายคนอาจไม่ทราบว่าที่ญี่ปุ่น แฟนๆ ชาวญี่ปุ่นมักเปรียบ "ไบรท์ วชิรวิทย์" นักแสดงและนักร้องชาวไทย กับมิสึกิ อิตางากิ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรอยยิ้ม บุคลิก และอินเนอร์ความเป็นศิลปินที่ดูละม้ายคล้ายกัน และเรียกไบร์ทว่า "มิสึกิเมืองไทย" เรียกว่าให้เกียรติยกให้ทั้ง Bright และมิสึกิเป็นด้อมแฝด เป็นที่หนึ่งของญี่ปุ่นเลยทีเดียว

วานนี้ (17 เม.ย) ครอบครัวของมิสึกิได้โพสต์ทางไอจีว่า "เราขอแจ้งว่ามิสึกิ อิตางากิ ได้เสียชีวิตแล้วจากอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด..."

จากข้อความที่ครอบครัวเขาประกาศ มิสึกิป่วยด้วยโรคทางจิตเวชตั้งแต่ปีที่แล้ว เข้ารักษาตัว จากนั้นหายตัวไปตั้งแต่ปลายเดือนมกราคมปีนี้ ด้วยความช่วยเหลือจากตำรวจและเพื่อนๆ ตามเบาะแสจนเจอร่างที่โตเกียว จากการตรวจสอบพบว่าเขาอาจเสียชีวิตต้นเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ แต่พบร่างตอนกลางเดือนมีนาคม ไม่มีบาดแผลใดๆ

Finding the tale of "Ranmaru Mori" through the Japanese Films

Have you ever heard about Ranmaru Mori (森蘭丸) or Ran Mori, a retainer to Oda Nobunaga (織田信長) in 16th century, one of the most popular samurai in Japan?

Different from the other samurais in any periods, he is considered as the most beautiful boys in Japanese history and highly appreciated by Oda Nobunaga, his master, inspiring people to discover more about his mystery life, sexual diversity, invisible power through the relationship among Japanese elites in those turmoil era. Ranmaru disappeared from the history page after his master commited suicide (Seppuku) inside Honno-ji temple in Kyoto when he was 18 years old at that time.

Dragons of Wonder Hatch is announced in Tokyo Comiccon 2023

In December 2024, "Dragons of Wonder Hatch (ワンダーハッチ -空飛ぶ竜の島-), a latest work from Disney+ is announced on the main stage at Tokyo Comiccon by actor Shunsuke Takeuchi, Arata Mackenyu and film director "Kentaro Hagiwara" (Our 30 Minute Sessions, Blue Period)

The film is set into two worlds, the real world is depicted in live-action and fantasy world is presented in animation. Arata Mackenyu takes the role of "Akuta", a hero who can ride the dragon both in two worlds.

Arata have to speak in "Upananta language'' which is created for this film and he confessed it was really difficult during work for this film. Takeuchi takes the role of Akuta as a voice actor in animation part .

“it was extremely difficult because the language is created just for this work. I have learned Spanish and i can speak English, so if it's similar to those language, it would be easy...''

Mackenyu Arata (One Piece, Rurouni Kenshin, Our 30 Minute Sessions, Over Drive), one of the lead actors in Disney+'s "Dragons of Wonder Hatch (ワンダーハッチ -空飛ぶ竜の島-) mentioned to Upananta language and he also shares his experience about the difficult things he faced during filming.

Daiken Okudaira who plays the leading role, worked really hard. On the day I cranked in, he had to speak Opanta language in long sentences and he did fluently.'' Arata also mentioned to his co-starring actor. Dragons of Wonder Hatch is currently streaming worldwide on Disney+

Ossan's Love - Returns unveiled the new posters before airing on January 2024

"Ossan's Love - Returns" (おっさんずラブ-リターンズ), a new episode will be aired from 5 January 2024! The new snowy posters with all main characters are also unveiled today. It seems they are enjoying the first snow somewhere in Japan. Starring by Kei Tanaka, Kotaro Yoshida and Kento Hayashi.

“Ossan's Love” is called as the very first Japanese bl series in Japanese TV industry with LGBTQ theme. It was surprisingly aired on mainstream media and ranked no.1 in Twitter global trends after aired shortly in 2016, received the positive feedback from oversea fans.

Although the minorities and LGBTQ's equal rights in Japan is unrecognised widely and lagging behind other countries, but the series won many awards and opened the new opportunity for Japanese LGBTQ films in global scale, and even being proposed to legalize same-sex marriage by people to Japan government.

The series was remade in Hong Kong in 2021 and they just announced to adapt in Thailand version bl series on October 2023 (airing on 2024) starring by Mix and Earth, two  renowned Thai bl superstars.

"Ossan's Love - Returns" will be airing on TV Asahi channel and its network from January 2024 every Friday during 23:15〜24:15.
