On 9th June 2023, VANS Japan launched the reception party for a campaign "VANS: THIS IS OFF THE WALL" at UNKNOWN HARAJUKU Tokyo, with the live performances by DJ SAMO and Mitsufumi Shimotsu from J-ROCK band "Odotte Bakari no Kuni".

To celebrate the launch of a new campaign "THIS IS OFF THE WALL", the event was held at the same venue between 9 - 11 June 2023.

At the event, the iconic VANS collections which represents American street culture and Vans' story during 60s - 90s were presented at the main room. At the gallery room, 5 Japanese artists; Taichi Watanabe, Nana Soeda, You2, iz, and Yabiku Henrique Yudi tell the key messages about the new campaign through their creations with a concept "THIS IS OFF THE WALL / This is how you do it".

A mini skate park is opened on the basement floor inside VANS STORE HARAJUKU during the event. Many skateboarders gathered for the contest.
