Dare yori mo Tsuyoku Dakishimete will be released on February 2025


Dare yori mo Tsuyoku Dakishimete (誰よりもつよく抱きしめて) , a latest work by a Japanese film director Eiji Uchida (Midnight Swan, Silent Love). Catching hearts with a beautiful pure love story about two people who are unable to touch their love, starring by BE: FIRST's Ryoki Miyama, Nogizaka46's Shiori Kubo and 2PM's Hwang Chan-Sung.

Adapted from the same titled novel by Shindo Fuyuki, "Dare Yori Mo Tsuyoku Dakishimete" (published by Kobunsha Bunko). Director Uchida has portrayed the aspects of love through a couple who are facing their tough relation, similar to his previous work "Midnight Swan" and "Silent Love."

The script is written by screenwriter Lee Na-won, who studied at Graduate School of Film and New Media in Tokyo University of the Arts and has worked on popular works in recent years, such as "You Made My Dawn"

The story of Mizushima (BE: FIRST's Ryoki Miyama), an aspiring picture book writer who suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder and always wear plastic gloves. He can't even touch Kirimoto Tsukina, his girlfriend (Nogizaka46's Kubo Shiori) who working as a bookstore clerk. She understands his illness, but she still agonizes over her relationship. During their relationship becomes unstable, Tsukina met a Korean man name Lee Jae-Hong (2PM's Chang-sun).

Through their physical and mental conflict, they find how  difficult to express their love. When the lives of these 3  people are on the intersection, how do they maintain their love.. 

A heartbreaking yet beautiful, tranquil, borderless and it's a pure love story “Dare Yori Mo Tsuyoku Dakishimete” is set to release at TOHO Cinemas Hibiya (Tokyo) and other theatres nationwide (Japan) on February 2025.
