Takumi Kitamura is an actor and artist who produces his own music and also active as a photographer. His first short film is strongly influenced by a song "Sekai Seifuku Yameta'' by rapper WONDERBOY. He also wrote and directed the script by himself, inspired by the same song.
Takumi's first short films is scheduled to premiere in “Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2024 (SSFF & ASIA 2024), one of the largest international short film festivals in Asia and recognized by the Academy Awards, on October 27, 2024.

Riku Hagiwara and his next step
It will be a next challenge for him to show his abilities with a new character after being acclaimed positively worldwide from his first BL drama "My Beautiful Man (Utsukushii Kare)", an awarded film from many film festivals in Asia such as BL Awards, Galaxy Award, Weibo Account Festival, Seoul International Drama Awards and Mainichi Film Awards.

Riku Hagiwara is known from many films included Chihayafuru Part I (2016) and Ox-Head Village (2022), She Taught Me Serendipity (2025). "Give Up The World Domination" (世界征服やめた/ Sekai Seifuku Yameta), his latest role in a new short film directed by Takumi Kitamura will receive the world premiere in Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2024, Tokyo.

Make the appearance in 2009 with his unique style of performance. In 2011, he performed with a Japan's renowned artist Shuntaro Tanikawa for the song "Ikiru" in rap version. He released his first album "Lovely Labyrinth" and sole nationwide on May 2011 since then while chasing his dream. Just a month later, he suddenly passed away in a car accident in June 2011 with the age 23 years old. Although he passed away, but people still remembered his songs and talking about his work.
