HOUGA released S/S23 with a theme "MY WILL, OUR WILL"

"HOUGA" by designer Moe Ishida presented a new collection on the runway of a runway show in Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO S/S2023 S/S at Shibuya Hikarie Tokyo, on 30th August 2022

Different from the previous years, the theme for Spring/Summer 2023 is "MY WILL, OUR WILL". She introduced a street dress that you can wear by mix it by your own style anytime, ageless and genderless.

The new collection is inspired by "ores and gems" that she collected little by little and keep them well since she was young so we can see the colors of them on each item like sapphire blue or ruby red.

At the interview after the show, designer Ishida said, 

"I wanted to bring out the rebellious spirit within me. I just recently felt about it. “uncomfortable feeling” and “doubt” toward to the things is the source of inspiration. 

HOUGA collection offers the romantic and tenderness image to everyone, but instead of wearing a clothes in a fixed pattern, I personally like the clothes with blank space that make me wonder if it's me what I should wear. I wanted people with different tastes  enjoy it by express it by their own”

ด้วยธีม "MY WILL, OUR WILL" (ความปรารถนาของฉัน ความปรารถนาของเรา) ซึ่งแตกต่างจากคอลเลคชั่นในปีก่อนๆ ดีไซเนอร์โมเอะเลือกนำเสนอเดรสแนวสตรีทที่คุณสามารถนำมาจับคู่กันได้ในสไตล์ของคุณเอง ไม่จำกัดอายุและเพศ 

คอลเลกชั่นใหม่นี้ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากหินแร่และอัญมณีที่เธอเก็บสะสมทีละเล็กทีละน้อย รักษาอย่างดีตั้งแต่ยังเป็นเด็ก เผยให้เราได้เห็นความงามของสีสรรในแต่ละไอเท็ม เช่น สีน้ำเงินไพลิน หรือสีแดงทับทิม 

หลังเปิดตัว ดีไซเนอร์ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์และกล่าวว่า "ฉันต้องการดึงจิตวิญญาณแห่งความขบถต่อกรอบความคิดเดิมๆ ในตัวเองออกมา เป็นความคิดที่ฉันเพิ่งรู้สึกเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ "ความรู้สึกอึดอัด" และ "ความสงสัย" ที่มีต่อสิ่งต่าง ๆ รอบตัวเป็นที่มาของแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบครั้งนี้

ที่ผ่านมา HOUGA นำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ที่ดูแสนโรแมนติกและอ่อนโยน แต่แทนที่จะใส่เสื้อผ้าที่มีแพทเทิร์นแบบเดียวตายตัว ส่วนตัวแล้ว ฉันชอบเสื้อผ้าที่มีพื้นที่ว่าง ทำให้ผู้คนสงสัย เช่น ถ้าเป็นฉันล่ะ ฉันควรใส่อะไรดี ฉันอยากให้ผู้คนที่มีรสนิยมต่างกันสนุกกับมัน แสดงออกด้วยตัวเอง”
