ABLANKPAGE with EDWIN and MAISON SHUN ISHIZAWA in Tokyo Fashion Week

ABLANKPAGE by Tokyo-based Thai designer Larprojpaiboon Phoovadej collabrates with designer Shun Ishizawa from Maison Shun Ishizawa, as a guest designer and EDWIN for Autumn/Winter 2023 collection.

AS YEARS GOES BYS ABLANKPAGE X EDWIN is released in Tokyo Fashion Week (Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO) on 14 March 2023 at Shibuya Hikarie, Tokyo.

The runway is set with the pile of the tables both sides, Phoovadej shares his inspiration for Autumn about the good and bad students, he said all can choose their life path, to be a good guy or a bad guy, all is up to you. At the end, a girl in white robes and wings like an angel appeared to lead all models step on the tables.

The details of the characters on each fabric is cute and all were created by khun Tam - Wisut Ponnimit, a renowned Thai cartoon designer who is known in Japan from his popular character named "Ma Muang-chan". (マムアンちゃん) or Ms. Mango.

Many items were dismantled and reconstructed from denim fabrics. The oversized jacket make the wearer looks attractive like a child who wearing an adult clothes.

คุณภูวเดช ดีไซเนอร์กล่าวถึงแรงบันดาลใจสำหรับคอลเลคชั่นชุดนี้ว่าเป็นเรื่องราวของนักเรียนฝั่งเทพ (เด็กดี) กับฝั่งมาร คุณสามารถเลือกเส้นทางชีวิตได้ว่าอยากจะเป็นคนดีหรือแบดบอย ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับตัวคุณเอง ปิดท้ายโชว์ด้วยหญิงสาวในชุดสีขาวติดปีกคล้ายนางฟ้า นำเหล่าโมเดลเดินขึ้นโต๊ะกลางรันเวย์

ดีเทลการ์ตูนน่ารักๆ บนเสื้อแต่ละชุด ออกแบบโดยคุณตั้ม-วิศุทธิ์ พรนิมิตร นักออกแบบการ์ตูนชาวไทยที่โด่งดังในญี่ปุ่น จากผลงานออกแบบตัวละครที่ชื่อ "มะม่วงจัง" ทำให้คอลเลคชั่นของ ABLANKPAGE ชุดนี้มีความโดดเด่น ไม่ธรรมดา จับเอาตัวการ์ตูนผลงานคนไทยมาแมทช์กับผ้าเดนิ่มแบบที่ยังไม่มีใครทำมาก่อน รวมทั้งเสื้อแจ็คเก็ตทรงโคร่ง สวมแล้วดูสะดุดตา ราวกับเด็กน้อยที่หยิบเอาชุดของผู้ใหญ่มาสวม ลองไปชมภาพชุดกันต่อเลย
