SEVENTEEN, BTS, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, NewJeans won the top awards in 2023 MAMA awards

2023 MAMA Awards, one of the world's no.1 K-POP awards is held at Tokyo Dome in Japan for two days, 28 and 29 November 2023. From the first night, many big awards (Daesang) were announced such as Worldwide Icon of the Year, Favourite New Artist and more.

NewJeans is one of the biggest winners with four trophies: Best Female Group, Best Dance Performance Female Group, Song of the Year and Artist of the Year. All 13 members from SEVENTEEN also came to Japan and received four trophies: Best Male Group, Best Dance Performance Male Group and Album of the Year.

After make a new history as the first K-POP group who won GRAMMY Awards and became a global artist, Jimin (BTS) won the Best Male Artist and Jungkook (BTS) also got the Best Dance Performance Male Solo and Best Collaboration. And more winners this year such as BLACKPINK’s Jisoo (Best Music Video and Best Female Artist), ZEROBASEONE (Best New Male Artist) and tripleS (Best New Female Artist).
