SSFF & Asia 2024 film festival

The opening ceremony of the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2024 (SSFF & ASIA 2024) is held at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA on 4th June 2024.

"Instead of Goodbye" by "TUBE" and GACKT make its world premiere as the opening film of the festival. A short film "Stray Kids <樂-STAR (ROCK-STAR)> SKZFLIX" by "Stray Kids" is also showed on the big screen first times in Japan. 

Chiba Yudai, Fukushi Sota, Risa Naka and Morisaki Win, who are nominated in this year's Japan category from WOWOW Actors Short Film 4. The event ambassador LiLiCo, event founder Bessho Tetsuya, and MC Mochizuki Rie also appeared on the main stage in opening ceremony.

Many directors and actors attended the Red Carpet and the opening ceremony, including Kevin Woo (former U-Kiss member) with Liann Kaye, director of "Soul Switch" , Shu-Fang Chen, actress from the film "The Red Envelope," and director Tami Xu, director Ito Shiori from the film "Effe".

Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2024 will be screening around 200 short films from around the world. It started from Tuesday, June 4th and the awards ceremony will be held on Monday, June 17th. You can check the films and watch them via online platform during Thursday, April 25th to Sunday, June 30th.
