Masanori Morikawa has been appointed as the new creative director of "HUMMEL 00". The new collection is set to release in Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO AW25 on March 2025.
"HUMMEL 00" is one of the fashion lines by Danish sports brand "HUMMEL". The brand have a long history and just celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023. HUMMEL 00 released its first spring/summer 2025 collection, presented the clothes that goes beyond sportswear and can be worn by wearers of all races, ages, occupations, and occasions.
Through a concept "New Heritage" and the long history of the brand since it was established in 1923. Masanori arranging them in modern style and combine with urban lifestyle and mature sportswear.
"One of our themes is, to create a design that even people who don't interested in sports want to wear it. Like the brand「BASICKS 」is basically made with sustainable materials, so I'd like to put all the best efforts as much as possible.”
