The stage for "THE BEACH 2025", which is specially set up on the beach at Makuhari Seaside Park overlooking the ocean, consists of two stages, "BEACH STAGE" and "ALPHA STAGE". Enjoy DJ sets by the world's most popular top artists at this dance music festival held in the best possible situation.
The BEACH STAGE will be opened by DONGROSSO, a combination of Dongurizu and Shinichi Osawa's solo project MONDO GROSSO. The Osaka-based, Tokyo-based band ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U will be highly praised by the international media Pitchfork, and their Boiler Room, which will be released in 2025, has already been viewed over 10 million times.
SARA LANDRY, the new queen of hard techno, who is currently the world's most talked-about artist, will be making her long-awaited first visit to Japan. She played on the SAHARA stage at North America's largest festival, Coachella, alongside LISA (BLACKPINK) and XG, and made her first appearance on the main stage at EDC Las Vegas to rave reviews.
The headliner will be THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS, the legends who continue to reign at the top of the dance music scene with six Grammy awards and six UK No. 1 albums, who will bring the night to a climax with a two and a half hour long DJ set!
The "ALPHA STAGE" will feature MELTMODE, a Thai artist who has been attracting attention for his unique sound that skillfully incorporates elements of Thai traditional music; SATOSHI TOMIIE, a DJ/producer based in New York and Paris who has a career spanning more than 30 years, produced and participated in the tour of Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Heartbeat", and will make his first appearance as a live act at Europe's top festival Dekmantel this summer; and 250 (Eogon), known as the music producer of NewJeans, whose debut album "PPONG" won four awards including "Best Album of the Year" and "Best Artist of the Year" at the KMA (Korean Popular Music Awards), Korea's most prestigious music award. The electronic music category won the overall category and won "Best Album of the Year", a first in KMA history.
MURA MASA, a Grammy and NME Award winning artist whose 2017 debut album "Mura Masa" featuring Blur's Damon Albarn, A$AP Rocky, Charli XCX and others was acclaimed worldwide, has collaborated and produced music with top artists such as Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, BTS, J Balvin, Lil Uzi Vert, Ice Spice, PinkPantheress, Stormzy, Shygirl and more, and will be appearing as the headliner and shaking up the stage!

For the sound system, the BEACH STAGE will be equipped with the globally acclaimed L-Acoustics K1 system, which has been chosen by engineers for large-scale stadium tours and outdoor festivals such as Madonna's Celebration Tour, which was held on the beaches of Rio, Post Marlon's Runaway Tour, hardstyle festival Reverze 2020 - The Power of Perception, and the Atmosphere Stage at the major Belgian festival Tomorrowland.
The ALPHA STAGE will be equipped with the Funktion One, which has been installed in world-renowned nightclubs such as Berghain in Berlin, Germany, and Space in Ibiza, Spain, and is characterized by its powerful, clear sound and unique axe-shaped head, delivering superb sound quality to the beach that will impress even music aficionados.
The venue will also have a variety of festival food stalls. When you get hungry after dancing to your heart's content, enjoy some festival food including kebabs, curry, hot dogs, and grilled squid!
