Keung To and his first movie, Mama's Affair

"Mama's Affair" (阿媽有咗第二個, ママの出来事) is made its world premiere at Osaka Asian Film Festival on March 2022, depicts the dream story based on a true life of an artist by director Kearen Pang.

Telling the story of "Ching" (Keung To), a delivery boy who working at a small Hong Kong teahouse. Fortunately, Mei-Fung (Teresa Mo), a retired artist manager met him and found his abilities by chance.

There are 3 heart-catching scenes you can't miss from this film.

(1) When a fat boy who dreamed to be a rapper came with confident to apply a dance class but his mother didn't agree. Guess what gonna happen? See how Ching reacted in the film.

(2) Mei-Fung introduced Ching to know a famous Hong Kong singer who he loved his songs. Director Kearen drew out Keung To’s inner acting and captured his feelings amazingly when he met a dream person, a real singer who are rarely seen in the film and you will know who he is in the film.

(3) When Ching lose a confident by his past story. Mei-Fung plays a big role as a mother who wanted to give the best for Ching and Hin (Jer Lau), her only one son. Jer Lau put all his acting efforts through this indescribable relation.

Ching's dream calling the Canto-pop culture's golden era in last 30 years ago. It was gone and replaced by Mando-pop and K-pop culture after the death of Leslie Cheung and Anita Mui in 2003. Like “Mirror“ a new wave Canto-pop artists and Keung To, a well known member who giving Hong Kong people confidence when many young worrying that Hong Kong's identity will be erased during the political movement and pandemic.

There are many emotional songs performed by Keung To in the film, catching Ching's feelings both good time and bad time, happiness and loneliness, sending the positive energy and making the hope to everyone.

ภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Mama's Affair เปิดตัวรอบปฐมทัศน์ในงานเทศกาลหนัง Osaka Asian Film Festival เมื่อเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวความฝันอิงจากชีวิตจริงของ Keung To ศิลปินวัยรุ่นชื่อดังชาวฮ่องกง กำกับโดย Kearen Pang

เรื่องราวของ "ฉิง" (แสดงโดย Keung To) จากเด็กส่งอาหารในคาเฟ่เล็กๆ ที่ฮ่องกง ตามความฝันก้าวสู่เส้นทางนักร้องอินเตอร์ เป็นตัวแทนคนฮ่องกงไปเดบิวต์ที่เกาหลี เริ่มจากความโชคดีที่เขาได้เจอกับ "เหมยฟง" (แสดงโดย Teresa Mo) อดีตผู้จัดการศิลปินระดับท็อปของฮ่องกงที่วางมือมานาน เธอพบกับเขาโดยบังเอิญ ได้เห็นพรสวรรค์ของเด็กหนุ่มคนนี้
