Hollywood celebrities appear in Osaka comic con 2023

After Tokyo comic con last year, it will be the first times to see this largest American heroes and pop culture event expanded to different city and Osaka is the next one! Osaka comic con is held at Intex Osaka between 5 - 7 May 2023. It's  Golden Week, the long one week holiday in Japan.

The 5 members of J-POP girls group NMB48 (Wakana Abe, Chihiro Kawakami, Rei Uenishi, Karen Hara, and Reiko Maeda) is announced to be the PR ambassadors along with male ambassador Mokomichi Hayami (Asia's hit series "Tokyo Tower"). Moreover, Noriko Hidaka and Kazuhiko Inoue, two most popular voice actors also attend the event.

“AMECOMI LEAGUE”, an American comic-loving comedians unit from Yoshimoto entertainment will serve as the main MC who will talk with 9 American superstars!

(7) Daniel Logan (Star Wars, Star Trek Continues)

(8) Tom Sturridge (Vanity Fair, Sweetbitter, The Sansman TV series)

(9) Karl Urban (Lord Of The Rings, Star Trek, Thor: Ragnarok)

Many real properties from movies such as Titanic, Rocky, Batman, Too Fast Too Furious and more were exhibited at the venue, include two main attractions; Ghost house and Jurassic park's adventure. Moreover, all can see the cosplay fashion show, J-POP performance, talk event and shopping various kinds of goods and toys from American movies and series in total 3 days.
