Tokyo-based fashion brand PERVERZE presenting and selling the crafted works by sculptor Hideki Iinuma at their newly opened "PERVERZE TEMPORARY PRESENCE."

Nagano Prefecture who are active both in Japan and abroad. Inspired by a single photography, his works are carved from a single piece of wood, characterized by a rough appearance that deliberately retains the texture of the wood and the calmness emotions that emerge from it. His sculptures capture the "now" of women who living in today's consumer society, and resonates deeply with PERVERZE's values of "inner strength" and "beauty of appearance."

Kudo Tsukasa's solo exhibition at SHABA KAGURAZAKA Tokyo

We are pleased to announce that Okinawa-born Japanese designer Kudo Tsukasa will launch a solo exhibition at SHABA KAGURAZAKA , Tokyo this month.

Kudo's first collection of works, "he was, he is," designed by Aaron Nieh, a leading graphic designer in Taiwan, as well as limited edition T-shirts and notebooks made in collaboration with SHABA KAGURAZAKA are available at the exhibition.

Kudo has presented his work in multiple methods and various occasions, this is your chance to explore his personal growth, techniques and styles during that last decade since he began taking photos.

Hirono Bangkok Art Exhibition and Event in Bangkok

POP MART THAILAND announced the commencement of the Hirono Bangkok Art Exhibition and Event, the world's first and largest Hirono exhibition in Thailand between 27 June to 22 July 2024 at CentralWorld, Bangkok.

POP MART THAILAND held a press conference to announce the commencement of the Hirono Bangkok Art Exhibition and Event, the world's first and largest Hirono exhibition in Thailand, led by Siriporn Phlaengchanthuek, Country General Manager of POP MART THAILAND, managed by POP MART INTERNATIONAL, the world's largest distributor of art toys. 

Along with the presentation of the story of Hirono, one of POP MART's top 5 characters, POP MART THAILAND also announced a new Thailand  exclusive collection, designed by the renowned Chinese artist behind Hirono LANG, at the press conference. 

This collection will be launched from June 27 to July 22, 2024, at Central World. The event featured a mini exhibition showcasing art pieces and a sample of the three-meter Gigantic Figure brought directly from China. 

The press conference was attended by art toy enthusiasts, including Boy-Pakorn, Mawin, Pa-Paan Sirima Chaipreechawit, Yoon Pusanu Wongsavonitchakorn, and Gong-Pat Sakdapitak, among others.

Fashion and lifestyle products were unveiled, along with a fashion presentation under the concept  "Arts meets Inclusivity." This marked the first global release (outside China) of various items including T-shirts, shirts, sweaters, hoodies, knitted vests, pants, caps, bucket hats, socks, tote bags, notebooks, and phone cases. Additionally, lifestyle products such as cushion, bolsters, rugs, posters, paintings, and music boxes, all adorned with Hirono character designs, were showcased. 

These items are must-haves for collectors, fashion enthusiasts, and art lovers. Special items exclusive to Thailand were also highlighted, such as the Hirono Is Coming -「Muay Thai」and Hirono Is Coming -「Muay ThaiCanvas」 Bag Thailand Limited, designed specifically for the Thai market and unavailable anywhere else in the world.

POP MART Thailand is pleased to invite fans to experience the grand event by POP MART from June 27 to July 22, 2024, serving as an oasis in front of CentralWorld. Spanning over 2,400 square meters, this event will immerse fans in a unique emotional journey. This exclusive experience will feature a special collection of paintings by artists under the theme "The Room Where He Belongs," telling the story of Hirono and the inner safe spaces we all have to prepare ourselves before facing the chaotic world. 

This event at CentralWorld will also mark POP MART THAILAND’s first time to design the world's largest architectural structure. The design is simple, featuring a calming black and white color scheme that creates a serene oasis in the center of the city, providing a refuge from the chaos. 

This design captures the unique lines and tones characteristic of the artist. The Hirono Bangkok Art Exhibition and Event will be divided into four key zones. In the first zone, visitors will encounter magnificent decorations with installation art that narrates the story, content, and connections between the character Hirono and the artist.

In the next zone, fans will experience the first-ever global (outside China) launch of a comprehensive selection of fashion and lifestyle products. 

The artist revealed that the inspiration behind this fashion and lifestyle series stems from Hirono's story, which aims to convey an attitude of living simply and naturally in an uncertain world. The artist believes that this approach serves as a form of self-healing, helping everyone regain their strength.

The fashion and lifestyle products in the Hirono collection are inspired by the theme of "growing in abandoned ruins." This collection features earth tones, moss green, and muted colors, incorporating techniques like washing and distressed details. 

The clothing is intentionally designed to look torn or aged, reflecting the concepts of flow, fusion, and growth in a chaotic and confusing environment. Thus, the design inspiration is deeply rooted in an emotional world.

Next, fans will meet the special collection of paintings, The room where he belongs, from the artist. This is a one-time opportunity for everyone to experience the artist's work up close, through 11 exclusive paintings. Moreover, art enthusiasts, collectors, and fans of the artist will also have the opportunity to own these paintings. Those who are interested can follow POP MART THAILAND for more information.

Finally, the journey will take fans to this must-visit zone, where a collection of many special Hirono Figures are displayed. 

The figures shown include the limited collection that will be available only in Thailand, the collection that will be launched in Thailand for the first time, and the rare collection, such as Hirono Reshape Figurine, The UFO Chaser Hirono x Journey to the West Figurine, Hirono Simpler Figure, and other precious collections, all in one place.

In addition, a Gigantic Figure over 3 meters tall, sent directly from China, will also welcome everyone at the event.

LANG is a Chinese artist who works in a variety of art forms, including painting, sculpture, art toys, and animation. 

He sees art as something that is expressed through the emotions of the artist. "As time passes, our identity changes, whether it's our habits, personality, or physical decay. 

There is only one thing that will not change, and that is the emotions that arise spontaneously in the mind, which show our true identity.

Therefore, freedom, innocence, sorrow, compassion, pain, joy, and fear are sometimes hidden from us to show good manners in society," said LANG, who turns these sensitivities into inspiration and creates Hirono through various media, so that Hirono could be a representative of the emotions expressed through various works for everyone to see.

Tokyo Jewelry Best Dresser Awards winner 2022 - รางวัลผู้แต่งกายยอดเยี่ยมประจำปี งานโตเกียวจิวเวลรี่แฟร์ ครั้งที่ 34

Tokyo Jewellery Best Dresser Award winners is one of the biggest events in 33th International Jewellery Tokyo  (IJT), held at Tokyo Big Sight on January 2022.. Considered as the largest jewelry fair in Japan, gathered both domestic and oversea traders from many countries and it's a great opportunity to get the inspirational ideas and jewelry business trends in Japan by renowned key persons from the jewellery industry twice a year (Spring and Autumn) and if you interested in Jewelry design, Japan Jewellery Association also presents the Jewelry Design Awards and the creative artworks from the winners each year.

Represents the trends and people interest in Japan's jewelry industries, the awards ceremony is for  those who stood out the most in year 2021 by selected from "people who are the most shining", "people who look best in jewelry" and "people who want to wear more jewelry in the future", catagorized by generations and male group. Moreover, Mika Ahn is announced as "Jewelry Coordinator (JC) Ambassador" by Japan Jewellery Association for the first times. Follow us to see who are the winners this year!

(2) Alice Hirose (27) represents the 20s jewelry wearers - Alice wears the red party dress with dazzling "Nana-tsu-boshi" K18YG Diamonds 1 carat pendant necklace.

"Nana-tsu-boshi" (七つ星) or 7 stars, is a group of seven brilliant stars in the "Big Dipper". It's said that people called the stars by this name since Heian period or last thousand years ago, became one of the auspicious symbols in Asia.

(3) Nozomi Sasaki (34) represents the 30s jewelry wearers - The 18 Pink Gold Diamonds necklace is paring with her stylish look, like many working women who successfully stepped to be a manager in her 30s.

In Japan, The Japan made gold is called K18 but the other Asia's countries include China and Thailand is called 18K like White Gold and Platinum.
